Brittany and Nick arrived in NYC with just one day to shoot their entire engagement session in NYC and no time for any bad weather! Luckily the skies prevailed and the three of us spent a few hours in Times Square, Central Park and then off to Dumbo for a fun and colorful engagement session!
Friends and family can CLICK HERE to see the entire session (with the password from the couple of course!)
I loved these jumpers in the back of this one!
I was asked to shoot the annual sheep shearing at The Queens County Farm Museum this past weekend! This is an amazing location (yes they host weddings!) and an actual working farm with plenty of farm animals. The farm is free for visitors and great fun for kids! It is also a great place to pick up starts and seedlings for your garden!
I was working a little Red Carpet and here's a few of Rachel Zoe in NYC and the windows she designed for Tiffany & Co. I actually did have breakfast at Tiffany's!
Of course we all want to lower our impact on the environment and work to lower our carbon footprint. Working digitally allows us to eliminate the thousands of gallons of developer and other chemicals used in the developing and printing processes. Camera batteries are all rechargeable as are the batteries and battery packs we use in our lighting equipment meaning we do not have to fill landfills with toxic batteries each week. We recycle as much as we can and try to work with local vendors and small businesses. We also offer images on CD to cut down on paper usage. Hey - I even bike to work when I can! Every little bit helps.
I am adding a list of vendors that provide eco-friendly services. Please email me if you know of a vendor that could be added!
